Hormones After Childbirth

Having a child not only changes the landscape of your life forever, but for many women childbirth itself can dramatically alter hormonal balance. After a day filled with peanut butter and jelly smudges, scuffed knees, temper tantrums and packed schedules, even the most harried moms agree that the sacrifices they make for their children are more than worth it. Children are a blessing, but childbirth can bring some substantial changes for a woman.  Having a child not only changes the landscape of your life forever, but for many women childbirth itself can dramatically alter hormonal balance.
 , This hormonal imbalance often results in a gradual increase of seemingly unrelated symptoms such as allergies, extreme fatigue, inability to lose weight and PMS. However, you don’t have to trade your health for motherhood. A little hormonal balance can go a long way and in the long run, it can give you the energy to fill that role to your full potential.
