“What I Believe”, I loved it ! I felt the Doctor was dead on point. I just attend a meeting at my job site about going smoke free. I thought at any moment the smokes we’re going to hurt somebody. How do someone come that dependent on something so bad and not realize the harm it does to their own health much less to someone else?? I never smoke, drink, or did drugs but I am on medicine for throid, pre-hypertension (130/85) & slightly elevated cholesterol level (101)and I don’t even feel sick to be on anything. I do not want to take any pills of any kind. I do not take aspirins for a once in a while headache. I wish I had a Doctor nearby that had the same approach about healthcare that you do. Thanks and continue doing what you do. Amen

    Dearest Dr. Hotze,

Good for you! What a wonderful testimonial! Your video was truly inspiring! And I am truly moved by your passionate beliefs, as I am a believer as well. I am also a client at your Health and Wellness Center for my Hypothryroidism. I try daily to benefit by the type of life you ascribe to in your center. With the treatment of my Hypothyroidism and that type of life, the change has made all the difference in the world to my life.

Thank you for your being there,
    Vicki Crisp.

Dr. Hotze’s approach has changed my life. As I approach my 60th birthday in a month, I look back 10 years when I was overweight, depressed, and on medications that were, I believe now, destroying my health. I read Hotze’s book and made an appt. that changed my life. I traveled to Katy, Texas and when I arrived I found a friendly, optimistic staff that made me feel welcomed, not rushed. As I listed all my ailments and cried in the office, they listened! Really listened! They believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. I started my journey back to health almost 10 years ago and I feel great. I got off medications I had been on for over 20 years and got on natural hormones and supplements. So as I approach another decade, I want to thank Dr. Hotze and Dr. Ellsworth and the staff at Hotze Health and Wellness Center for giving me a reason to look forward optimistically. I know only God knows how many days I have to live and serve Him on this Earth, but I plan to do my part to make them as healthy and productive as I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I would like to make an appointment to see Dr. Hotze.
I am 83 and in somewhat good health, although I do have some nerve problems, at least that is what the Doctors I have seen tell me, in the low right back and right leg.
This has been going on for the past 5 years and nothing seems to help.
Please let me know when I may come in for an appointment to see Dr. Hotze.
I saw the doctor on the Debra Duncan show several months ago and believe he can help me.

Dr. Hotze, Dr. Ellsworth and the staff at Hotze a Health and Wellness have dedicated themselves to learn, listen and treat their guests with the utmost respect and care. I’ve been a guest for 3 1/2 years, my husband for 2 1/2 years. We were both beginning to have significant health concerns and were being guided down the path of pharmaceutical drugs, which didn’t seem to be a path either of us wanted to travel. Dr. Hotze has a comprehensive program that has literally turned our health around. My husband, a commercial airline pilot, is certain he will be able to work until the FAA tells him he can’t (65), now 31/2 years! Before he was certain he was 6 months from losing his medical, which means he wouldn’t be able to fly! For myself my cholesterol went from 229 to 168 in a matter of 3 months, with no Lipitor!! And, has remained stable! We love to share our experience, because it has given us a new lease on life! We wish everyone would take a chance on Dr. Hotze and see what Hotze Health and Wellness Center could do for them! Life too short to let pharmaceutical control you and shorten it even more!!!

I have a lot of appreciation for nutrition and really it is so important it is to feed one’s body with the right vitamin and mineral supplementation. The right foundation to a healthy lifestyle begins with what you put in your system healthy and decide if that will help avoid cardiovascular disease. Dr. Hotze once mentions in his video we begin to cultivate awareness of great nutrition and educate ourselves over what changes our body. I guess we do not know how we feel until we start feeling good and that’s exactly how I feel about this video.
