Requirements of Our Staff

 
We know that the most important part of our growth is finding the right people to be a part of our team.  We need career oriented, self-directed team members who are willing to give 110%. These individuals need to be warm, friendly and always have a positive attitude.   Additionally, they must be detail oriented, take personal initiative, and be a team player who is eager to learn.

Most new staff members start in an entry level position so that we can determine your strengths and the position you are best suited for.  As opportunities for advancement arise, those staff members who have shown the greatest initiative are offered promotions.  We are committed to enabling our staff members to develop their talents so that we can promote from within our businesses. 

In keeping with this, it is essential for each staff member to be educated about our treatment regimen.  There are two objectives each new staff member must achieve to continue to enjoy the opportunity to work here. Each new staff member is required to write and recite word perfect the 18 Principles of Success, our Growth Vision Statement, our Mission Statement, and our Credo on the first day at work.  These statements outline our business culture - our beliefs, our purpose and our actions.   Second, each new staff member must take our staff exam 2 weeks after their start date and pass it with a score of 90% or better.   This exam details the types of treatment we provide at our center.   All of the questions and answers will be given to you if you are offered and accept a position on our staff. 

Goal Implementation Program: We are interested in your creative ideas and their implementation.  At the end of each month, each staff member is required to turn in at least one goal that improves customer service, increases efficiency, saves money for businesses, or makes money for the business.  The top goals each month are rewarded with $50.


Book Club:  Every month, a new book is selected for each staff member to read, and write a report on what they learned and how we can apply it to our businesses.  These books describe fundamental business principles and strategies that can be useful in any business.  Topics from the book are then discussed during the last Tuesday morning weekly staff meeting each month, which includes staff members from three businesses.
