Okay, here’s how you enter:
1. Have a friend or family member film a short video of you explaining how Hotze Heath & Wellness Center helped you get your life back. This doesn’t need to be fancy! Just use a cell phone with video, a flip camera, or if you insist, use a camcorder.
2. Upload your video to your computer and save it somewhere handy.
3. Visit
www.howigotmylifeback.com.
4. Sign-in to your Facebook account.
5. Click on the"Enter Contest" tab.
6. When promoted, click “Allow” to enter the contest.
7. Enter your personal details.
8. Select “Browse” and upload your video.
9. Select “Upload”. Be sure that “Share on my Wall” is selected. Please be patient as this may take a few minutes.
10. You will see a message that your video was successfully uploaded. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your entry has been received, and another e-mail once it has been added to the contest site.
