In an effort to help patients obtain and maintain life-long health and wellness, physicians and registered nurses on staff address the root cause of symptoms, and correct health ailments naturally rather than merely masking symptoms with drugs.
Mainstream physicians will often experiment with the use of bioidentical hormones without the expertise that our physicians have gained over the years, which can lead to their patients not obtaining optimal results.
I live out of town. Is there a doctor in my area that you recommend?
Because of our unique, comprehensive program, patients of Hotze Health & Wellness Center visit us from all over the world. Our physicians have over 60 years of combined experience in bioidentical hormone therapy, and have treated over 20,000 patients. Out of town patients only need to visit our center in person for their initial visit, which is a comprehensive exam with the physician. All follow-up visits may be held via phone appointments.
How much does it cost to become a patient?
The pricing for the initial evaluation with a physician ranges from 3900 - 5550 depending upon which points of the 8-Point Treatment Regimen you and the physician decide are necessary for your individualized treatment program.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not contract with insurance companies because to do so would mean that they could dictate the type of treatment we offer, which would not allow us to treat patients naturally. We believe that the physician, not the insurance company, should recommend the treatment regimen for the patient.
Can I submit receipts to my insurance company for reimbursement?
We do provide a statement with insurance codes, but we do not accept or file insurance claims, and therefore cannot guarantee that the codes reflected are the specific codes required by your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company with any inquiries about your individual policy coverage.
Can I use my flexible spending account (FSA) for your services?
Yes. You may use your flexible spending account or health savings account for our medical services.
