Because we do not work with insurance companies, we do not stay versed on their coding requirements and therefore do not use such coding. Because of this, it is not likely that insurance companies will process your claims.

Prior to your initial visit, we will perform an extensive Medical History Questionnaire by phone. This will be reviewed and included as part of your comprehensive wellness evaluation.
Initial Office Visit
The initial visit consists of the following tests:
- Hormone, thyroid and adrenal assessments
- Complete blood studies
- Airborne allergy testing
- Candida (yeast) evaluation with detailed yeast-free and nutritional counseling.
You may receive neutralizing drops for symptom relief. A bone density scan and EKG will also be performed.
When allergy testing is indicated, we test on your upper arms for thirty-eight food allergies and for all prominent airborne allergens in the lower 48 states. We commonly treat with daily drop therapy under the tongue rather than weekly injections.
Allergy Drops
These custom allergy drops will immunize you to the substances to which you are allergic.
Phone Consultation Follow-Up
A phone consultation with a nurse will be conducted three to four weeks after your initial visit in our office. You will also be provided with a detailed consultation report, outlining your testing results and wellness plan. Our nursing staff will contact you at the scheduled time to review your progress and answer any questions you may have.
