My HaloPro Pre- and Post- Supplements for Skin Care
In addition to my regular Hotze-recommended vitamin and mineral supplements, I added and/or increased the following. For the best healing results, start 10 days before the scheduled treatment:

• Biotin
• Zinc
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin E
• Resveratrol
• Omega Nutrients
• Pycnogenol
• Curcumin (turmeric)

For two days before and three days afterward, I also took Allibiotic, and I increased fish oil after the treatment.

Additionally, I focused on resting and hydrating with water and green tea. Each day, I made the following skin-healthy smoothie. Simply blend it all together and enjoy!

green spinach smoothie

• 1 scoop Pure Pea Protein
• 1 scoop Pure Cleanse
• 1 c unsweetened cashew milk
• 1 handful of fresh spinach
• ½ c POM juice
• ½ c. frozen blueberries
• 1 T coconut oil
• Stevia to taste
