Do you accept insurance?

Hotze Health & Wellness Center is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive alternative and integrative medical care that goes beyond conventional approaches. To maintain this high level of service and flexibility in our treatment plans, we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Insurance Policy

We are not contracted with insurance companies, which includes:

• HMO or PPO plans
• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Tricare
• Any private insurance carriers

This means we do not accept insurance as payment for office visits or treatments. However, at the end of each visit you will receive an itemized invoice (superbill). Some of our patients have successfully submitted these invoices to their insurance companies for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We cannot guarantee your insurance company will reimburse for our services. We encourage you to check with your insurance company regarding their policy on out-of-network alternative, integrative and functional medicine care.

Hotze Health & Wellness Center does accept payment utilizing your FSA and HSA funds. In addition, we also accept Advance Care a third party company who provides medical funding, interest free for 15 months (interest free funding requires an application and specific requirements).
