Debbie B.’s Story – “Your blood tests are normal”

My story, like yours,
Has been pretty bad.
I could go on about
Troubles I have had.

The nights without sleep,
The days with no peace,
The doctors I’ve sought,
And the remedies bought.

All of this to no avail;
I felt like I was in a jail
Of fear and pain and feeling bad
And never knowing what I had.

The “experts” said, “your tests are fine.
All of this is in your mind.
Antidepressants – that’s the key.”
WELL NOT ANYMORE – NOT FOR ME!

Thank you God
For getting me through,
And showing me folks
Who know what to do.

Drs. Hotze, Sheridan and their crew
Said “you’re not alone, there’s hope for you.”
So, I followed advice and did what they said
And just like I thought – IT’S NOT IN MY HEAD.

This is amazing; this is great
Life shouldn’t end at 28.
My son has his mom back; my husband, his wife,
And I’m ready again to start living my life.
