Judy Kerschner’s Testimonial – No Energy, Weight Gain

Dear Dr Hotze & Staff,

It has been one year since my first appointment at the Hotze Health and Wellness Center. Before I started the program I was thinking of retirement, a lot. I had all the symptoms of being old. I was tired all the time, my joints were stiff, my balance poor, I was over weight, just plain old.

One year later I am a new person. I have energy and exercise on a regular basis. I am thirty-five pounds lighter and wear a size eight. I feel like I did in my forties. Only when I look in the mirror am I reminded that I’m 63. I have no thoughts of retirement.

I know you hear this same story all the time but I wanted you to hear it from me too. The gift of all the resources of the Center has changed my life. First and foremost thank you Dr Hotze. I also want to thank the staff for being so nice and making it a pleasure when I walk in the building.

I wish all of you could come to Guatemala and visit New Life School.  You would be as blessed by the kids as I am. The improvement of my physical health directly effects the school. I know I have lots more years of my life on the volcano. I love my life now even more!
