Regenerative Joint Therapy is a natural, non-surgical approach to activating your cells to repair and stimulate regrowth of cartilage in your joints. At the Hotze Health & Wellness Center, we stimulate cellular repair in your joint, using injections of natural substances. These natural substances have been shown to provide remarkable improvement in the diseased or injured joints.
The first step is to contact one of our Wellness Consultants at 281-698-8698. Our Wellness Consultant will compile a medical history and have your MRI and X-ray orders sent to a local imaging center of your choice, and an appointment with one of our providers. The provider visit, which is complimentary, is required to assess if you are a candidate for Regenerative Joint Therapy and to determine the level of treatment indicated.
An MRI and X-ray (of the joint/joints) are required to determine the severity of your joint disease. Hotze Health & Wellness Center will forward an order for both to a local imaging center of your choice. You will be responsible for the cost of these diagnostics.
If you are in pain during your first visit, then our provider may recommend an ozone injection in your joint to provide you with temporary relief.
Once imaging is returned, our provider will advise you whether you are a candidate for Regenerative Joint Therapy. If yes, then your first of two injection dates will be scheduled. You will be provided with instructions on hydration and nutrition prior to your two treatments to ensure optimal results.
Regenerative Treatment #1: One of our expert medical team members will draw and prepare blood for this treatment. An ozone injection along with this prepared regenerative treatment will be injected into your joint or joints by a provider. Expect to be in the Wellness Center for 2-3 hours.
Regenerative Treatment #2: This treatment is scheduled approximately six weeks from the date of Treatment #1 above. Treatment #2 is time-sensitive. Treatment #2 Regenerative Therapy must be ordered “just in time” for your treatment. It is critical to keep this appointment. Expect to be in the Wellness Center for approximately 2 hours.
