    I was listening carefully to this very informative podcast hoping to hear the connection between gluten and Hoshimoto’s Thyroiditis. Is this the root cause of autoimmune thyroid disease or is it something else, or is it gluten and a combination of other factors? If gluten is at the root, is gluten avoided or eliminated completely. I understand that GMO gluten is at a molecular level not tolerated by most people but what about organic?
