We are officially in the midst of the holiday season! Don’t you love it? It’s a festive time full of rich colors, delicious food, twinkling lights, and most importantly, family. Unfortunately, wrapped up in the business of the season it’s easy to forget about taking care of a most important blessing: your health. Your immune system can really take a hit during the holidays and who wants to start the New Year under the weather?

•Excess sugar intake
•Excess alcohol consumption
•Overweight/obesity
•Over exercise or lack of exercise
•Food allergens
•Inadequate sleep
•Stress
