What could be more fulfilling than helping men and women reclaim their lives? The joy in serving others is just one reason why the was recently named one of the Top Workplaces by the Houston Chronicle. This award recognizes businesses who were nominated by their own employees. The independent survey asks the employees their opinion about their company’s leadership, compensation and training, career development, family-friendly flexibility, values and ethics. The rankings are based on survey information collected from 118,555 employees at 188 companies. We are delighted that Hotze Health & Wellness Center ranked ninth on the small companies list. But can we say that we’re surprised? We love what we do! It is our privilege to walk beside our guests on their journey to health and wellness.
