I have been recently diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer, had the thyroid removed and am looking for alternatives to the radioactive iodine that is being suggested. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

We are so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Unfortunately, our doctors do not treat cancer and cannot specifically recommend therapies. The results of surgery alone without radioactive iodine and with it should be discussed with your physicians. We wish you a safe and healthy recovery.
