TGIF, everyone!
The yeast-free eating program often brings out the creative foodie in people. It forces those of us who are more set in our eating habits to break away from the ordinary and try new things. You suddenly find yourself unlikely friends with a food you never thought you would try.
Meet the spaghetti squash.
You’ve probably passed this guy numerous times in the grocery store, never quite knowing what it was or what to do with it. It’s usually hanging out with the other odd looking squash misfits. Yes, it is a little mysterious and intimidating; but we promise underneath the tough yellow exterior lays a tender heart. Did we mention it’s tasty too?
