Have You Made Your New Year’s Resolutions?
August 4, 2011
Are you busy making New Years’ Resolutions to start the year off on the right foot? Like many Americans, I too am making a list of worthy goals for 2010.
Consider making goals in each area of your life: physical, mental, spiritual, financial, career, or family life. Maybe your goal this year is to spend more quality time with family or consistently add exercise to your daily routine. Maybe you want to invest in your marriage and would like to start dating your spouse again. Or maybe you want to get your health back. Whatever it may be, make sure that it is a worthy goal and write it down! For each goal plan out the steps that will need to be taken in order to achieve it. Share your goals with a friend for accountability. Email it to yourself as a reminder and set a date to accomplish each goal; whatever you need to do to keep it at the forefront of your mind.
For those of you that are making resolutions regarding your diet this year, make sure you check the next few blog posts. We will be offering an extra special way to provide support and encouragement for those of you that are ready to tackle the in the New Year.
Tomorrow I will share with you my top resolutions for 2010. Stay tuned!
