Approved Yeast-Free Foods List for the Yeast-Free Eating Plan

So you’ve committed to eat yeast-free and you’ve seen the list of foods to avoid. Now you’re wondering, what exactly can I eat? Let us help you out!
The following foods are yeast-free:
• Meats: chicken, beef, turkey, pork, lamb, venison and seafood
• Eggs: boiled, poached, scrambled or fried with organic coconut oil
• Vegetables: except for corn, carrots, acorn squash, beets, butternut squash, lima beans, peas, parsnips and potatoes
• Salads
• Butter: Real butter, avoid spreads and margarines
• Dried beans: black, red, pinto, kidney & lentils
• Lemons & limes
• Avocados
• Organic coconut oil and cold-pressed olive oil
• Black olives
• Nuts and natural nut butters (no sugar added)
• Coffee & herbal teas (no artificially decaffeinated or sweetened
beverages)
• Natural sweeteners: Sweet-n-Natural and Stevia
• Apple cider vinegar (the only vinegar allowed on the yeast-free eating plan)
After one month, you may add the following foods:
- Fruits: except for bananas, grapes, cherries, cranberries, dates, figs, fruit juices, mango, pineapple and watermelon
- Brown Rice
- Sweet Potato
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt
